At Trends Trunk, we strive to offer you the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.

A return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or delay due to courier.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

Order ID

Product name

Reason for return

Clear photos/video of the damaged or incorrect item (mandatory for approval)

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received (if required), your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original method of payment.

Refunds may not be applicable in cases of:

Delayed delivery due to courier or customs

Minor color/size variations

Customer entered wrong shipping details

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Personal care and hygiene products

Items marked as “Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Customized or made-to-order products
