1. Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we deliver across most regions in India. Some remote areas may have limited delivery options or longer shipping times.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the product. Since we follow a dropshipping model, some delays may occur during high-demand periods.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (if applicable). Tracking details may take 2–3 days to update after dispatch.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order is processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.

5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the item. Once approved, we will initiate a return or refund as per our Return Policy.

6. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of receipt.

7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We accept Cash on Delivery for most locations across India. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your PIN code.

8. Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout. We also offer free shipping on selected products and during promotions.

9. Do you provide customer support?
Absolutely! You can reach us through our Contact page or email us directly at su*****@*********nk.in. We typically respond within 24–48 hours. 

10. How do I know if a product is in stock?                                                                                                    Product availability is shown on each item’s page. If a product is out of stock, you’ll see a notification or option to be alerted when it’s back.

11. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?                                                                        Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping or custom notes. However, we’re working on adding this feature soon to make gifting easier and more personal. 

12. What payment methods do you accept?                                                                                               We accept major payment options including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All transactions are secured and encrypted for your safety. 

13. Is my personal information safe with you?
